Welcome to eilei. This Master Agreement governs your access to and use of the eilei mobile platform, website, and associated services (the "Services"). By creating an account, you enter into a legally binding contract with eilei (the "Company").
1. THE "SHARED COMMAND CENTER" DOCTRINE
1.1. Dual-User Architecture: eilei is designed as a synchronized environment. By initiating a "Partner Link," you grant a bi-directional license for the linked user to access shared data points, including the Care Calendar and Birth Plans. You acknowledge that Eilei is not liable for how your linked partner utilizes or interprets shared data.
1.2. Atomic Data Integrity: The Company utilizes transactional logic to ensure data consistency across linked accounts. However, the Company is not liable for synchronization lag or data conflict errors caused by local hardware failures or third-party cloud interruptions during critical "Journey Stages."
2. NO MEDICAL ADVICE (SAFETY PILLAR)
2.1. Non-Clinical Designation: eilei is a wellness and organizational platform. We are not a licensed medical provider. The Services do not constitute a physician-patient relationship.
2.2. Tactical Empathy vs. Treatment: "Support Insights" and "Nudges" are algorithmic heuristics designed for Tactical Empathy—assisting partners in understanding supportive actions. They are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. IN AN EMERGENCY, CONTACT
EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.
3. PRIVATE VAULTS AND DATA SECURITY
3.1. Hardened Privacy Rules: Individual wellness and recovery logs are "Hardened" against shared access. Any attempt to circumvent these privacy rules via technical exploitation or social engineering constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.2. Biometric Integrity: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device.
4. SOCIALLY HARDENED COMMUNITY PROTOCOLS
4.1. The Village Standard: Our community is a moderated space for sharing the "raw reality" of parenthood. Participation requires adherence to "Tactical Empathy."
4.2. Prohibited Conduct: Users shall not engage in "Parent-Shaming," "Medical Fear-Mongering," or the dissemination of health misinformation. The Company reserves the right to employ Administrative Interdiction, including shadow-quarantining or platform exclusion, for behavior deemed "Socially Corrosive."
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND THE "JOURNEY FLIP"
5.1. Continuity: Subscriptions remain active through the "Postpartum Flip" (transitioning from prenatal to newborn support) until cancelled. Deleting the application does not constitute cancellation.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
6.1. Binding Arbitration: All disputes arising from this Agreement or the use of the Services shall be settled through binding individual arbitration. You hereby waive your right to a trial by jury.
6.2. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
6.3. Informal Resolution: Before filing for arbitration, parties agree to a 30-day "Meet and Confer" period initiated by a Notice of Dispute sent to support@eilei.app.
